Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on custom printed items. Custom Printed Items such as Screen Printed or other personalized merchandise cannot be refunded as they are custom items and cannot be restocked. ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. What can be returned: If a reprint is requested, and the product is found to be defective, Ink It Printing will reprint at no charge to the customer with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Samples and photos of the defective product may be requested prior to any action being taken. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. If a print is found to be defective due to the fault of Ink It Printing, then you may contact Ink It Printing to request a reprint, an in-store credit, or refund. Ink It Printing must be contacted via e-mail at sales@inkitprint.com or by phone at 972-428-9623 within 7 days of receiving your order.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
